How to Solve The Number One Reason You’re Often Disappointed By Your Material Reality

Mirror_baby  Is your material reality a perfect mirror of what’s inside you?  Are your physical manifestations, your life experiences, a reflection of your insides?

Yes.

I know there is good reason to doubt that statement.  Yet, allow me to elaborate.

  1. The quantum field of unformed particles (which are not particles at all, but mere potential until they are observed) has the potential to become, literally, anything.
  2. The quantum field of unformed particles responds to your expectations and forms what you expect.
  3. Your beliefs are the wellspring for all your expectations.
  4. Thus, all of your life experiences are mirror images of your beliefs.  Thus, they are mirror images of what’s  inside you.

“Just the Facts, Ma’am”

I believe I know the number one obstacle to embracing these facts.  And I do use the term “facts” intentionally because quantum physics shows this all to us very plainly.  And quantum physics is the most reliable, accurate body of science ever created.

The obstacle?  For me, the main obstacle stems from all of the unwanted things I experience in my daily life.  Doesn’t embracing these facts mean, then, that I am creating all that unwanted stuff?  That I am “responsible” for all the things that I don’t like?

But I counter that there is no reason to be so hard on ourselves.  Who among us has beliefs which are perfectly aligned with our desires?

While You May Not Believe These Things, Specifically, Don’t They Sound (and Feel) Familiar?

For example, haven’t you (like me) been shown and taught, throughout your life that:

  • To be desirable, you must look like those (airbrushed) models on magazine covers?
  • Money is the root of all evil and it’s greedy and wrong to want (and have) more than you need?
  • You are unacceptably imperfect on many levels, thus how could anyone really accept you on a deep level (and how would you even be worth such acceptance)?
  • Making mistakes is wrong and often means you’re a failure?

Any of those beliefs sound familiar to you?  Need I go on?

Don’t Be Discouraged; Those Facts Hold Your Ticket to Freedom (Rather a Reason to Beat Yourself Up)

Of course we all hold beliefs similar to those.  And they were taught, or imparted, to us by well-intentioned authority figures.  Often not explicitly, but through their actions and attitudes.

So, knowing the facts about how your material world is created, is it any wonder that you (like me) have plenty of life experiences that don’t measure up with your desires? (Click that link to Tweet it) Given the facts, how could we expect anything different?

Yet the good news is that these facts don’t need to lead us to self-incrimination, self-blame, or beating ourselves up.  No – these facts can allow us to focus on the one true solution to achieving our desires.

Which is:

Taking control of our beliefs; raising our beliefs to match our desires.  Changing our beliefs so that they are beliefs of our choosing, which serve  the attainment of our desires.  Because you (and I) have the freedom to do just that – starting right now!

New Beliefs Equal New Manifestations

You know from my Why Quantum Physicists… series that telling yourself the best-feeling, believable story about your life experiences builds new beliefs for you.  And the quantum field responds to your beliefs when it manifests into your material reality.

Telling yourself the best-feeling, believable stories about all your life’s circumstances, over time, builds and cements new, improved beliefs.  It reforms your habitual neural network of thought.  And since the quantum field is responding to your beliefs (and, more importantly, the expectations those beliefs elicit) to create your physical reality, improving your beliefs will always be your key, long-term, to more fully realizing your dreams and goals. How To Manifest Even Before Your Beliefs Have Grown to Be Aligned with Your Desires

In the meantime, however, you can “fool” the quantum field and kick-start your alignment with your desires.  What if you, for example, removed the “middle man”?  What if you remove the necessity to have the outcome which will give you the feelings you desire? (Click that link to Tweet it)

What would happen if you decided to feel those desired feelings right now, regardless of whether that “thing” or outcome was actually in your possession at this moment?

I’ll tell you what would happen.  You’d have that “thing” or outcome (whether or not you currently possess it).  Because you’ll have those feelings!

When you “fool” the quantum field in this manner, you always win.

How to Gain Freedom By Listening to Your Cut Finger

  You know that your beliefs create your expectations, which tell the quantum field what to form in your material reality.

Denial Isn’t a River in Egypt

But being in denial about your feelings and beliefs, pretending they’re something other than what they really are, can actually get you in a lot of trouble with the architecture paradigm.  Don’t ever pretend you feel better than you do or believe something more positive than you do; positive affirmations and statements, positive intentions, and desires for positive outcomes do not always equate with your true beliefs.

Since the quantum field is responding to your true beliefs (and not your surface-level desires) when it manifests your physical reality, you can often fool yourself into thinking you have positive beliefs about something when you really don’t.  So it is very important to acknowledge your feelings and beliefs, just where they are currently, as you also learn not to personalize them.

Practice Makes Perfect

Your beliefs, after all, are only your most practiced, habitual thoughts.  Certainly your beliefs feel 100% true to you; after all, your beliefs were not only bestowed to you by people and groups you trusted and/or allowed to influence you, but also you are intimately familiar with them since you have held them and invested yourself in them for such a long time.

And like your beliefs, your feelings, while very real to you, are not “facts”.  Your feelings are merely your physical responses to one simple criterion: how closely (or how far apart) your current beliefs are matched up with your dreams and desires.  Your feelings, like your beliefs, are true for you (and you alone) and, because of that, shouldn’t be discounted nor denied.  Yet it’s also very important to recognize that your feelings are simply emotional feedback for how closely your beliefs are currently aligning with your aspirations for yourself in this moment.

You are Not Your Cut Finger

As you practice objectifying your beliefs and feelings, by seeing them this way rather than personifying them as you have most likely spent your life doing, you will gain freedom from the power they currently have over your state of being.  And you will gain the freedom to examine them without so much emotional investment.  When you cut your finger, after all, you don’t say, “I am now a sliced, physically imperfect human being”, do you?  You simply say, “I currently have a cut on my finger (but my current state of having a cut is not who I am).”

Similarly, when you have a feeling, like sadness, you are not required to say, “I am sad”.  You can, instead, now say, “I am experiencing sadness in this moment (but sadness is not who I am).”  That second statement still acknowledges your feeling – you’re not in denial nor are you pretending you don’t feel sad.  However, the second statement makes it very clear that you are not your feelings; you are merely experiencing a feeling.  And that distinction, as you’ve learned, makes a world of difference.

Why Using Quantum Physics Really is as Simple as it Sounds

  How could using quantum physics to lose unwanted weight sound so simple?  If it were truly so simple, wouldn’t more people be doing it?

Actually many are doing it intuitively.  While they might not articulate it, they are fortunate to innately understand and employ these new paradigms from quantum physics already.

But the main reason it sounds to simple is because it is so simple.  And there are three main reasons it is.

  • You’re already using quantum physics, just not to lose unwanted weight and have the body you desire.  You won’t be learning a completely new skill.
  • You’ve simply been using quantum physics in the “wrong direction”.  You’ve been employing these principles against you instead of to help you.
  • The way you use quantum physics to lose unwanted weight is exactly the same way you use it to manifest every other experience you have, every moment of every day.  Now you will simply be using quantum physics intentionally, rather than unconsciously.

When you learn to use quantum physics to lose unwanted weight, what you’re really doing is learning exactly how you’ve already been (and always will be) creating your physical reality.  All you’re going to learn is how you’ve been doing that and how to do it intentionally.  You will  now be in control of the creation of your physical reality, rather than feeling like you’re at the mercy of forces beyond your control.
