How to Fool the Quantum Field and Put Your Desires on the Fast Track

New Beliefs Equal New Manifestations

You know from my Why Quantum Physicists… series that telling yourself the best-feeling, believable story about your life experiences builds new beliefs for you.  And the quantum field responds to your beliefs when it manifests into your material reality.

Telling yourself the best-feeling, believable stories about all your life’s circumstances, over time, builds and cements new, improved beliefs.  It reforms your habitual neural network of thought.  And since the quantum field is responding to your beliefs (and, more importantly, the expectations those beliefs elicit) to create your physical reality, improving your beliefs will always be your key, long-term, to more fully realizing your dreams and goals. How To Manifest Even Before Your Beliefs Have Grown to Be Aligned with Your Desires

In the meantime, however, you can “fool” the quantum field and kick-start your alignment with your desires.  What if you, for example, removed the “middle man”?  What if you remove the necessity to have the outcome which will give you the feelings you desire? (Click that link to Tweet it)

What would happen if you decided to feel those desired feelings right now, regardless of whether that “thing” or outcome was actually in your possession at this moment?

I’ll tell you what would happen.  You’d have that “thing” or outcome (whether or not you currently possess it).  Because you’ll have those feelings!

When you “fool” the quantum field in this manner, you always win.

So practice this shortcut today, while you’re also building your new beliefs through the better-feeling, believable stories you’re telling.  You’ll love the results.

What Do Bad Feelings Mean for a Deliberate Creator?

Feelings  Do you have days when you’re feeling down or bad?  Sometimes for seemingly no real reason at all?

I do.

Getting dressed yesterday, my brain was telling me:

  • “You’re a fraud, Greg”
  • “No one will buy your books!”
  • “Who do you think you are?  You’re a nobody”

My (Sometimes) Grumpy Brain Occasionally Wishes It Still Had Control Over My State of Being

Those were my feelings yesterday morning.  Those also happen to be some of the beliefs I used to have – so I’m well acquainted with those feelings.  They used to be some of my habitual patterns of thought.  I told myself those stories repeatedly for years until they had become some of my “truths”.

Until I learned how and why to use new paradigms from quantum physics to build new beliefs.

And I’ve been using those new paradigms, telling myself better-feeling stories, for over five years now.  Technically, what I’ve been doing is telling myself the best-feeling, believable stories possible for over five years.  Just what I teach you to do in my Why Quantum Physicists… series of books.

While I’m Not Supposed to Be “In Control” of My Feelings (They Simply Are What They Are), I Am In Control of My Beliefs

Hence, my beliefs have changed.  Converse to my feelings yesterday, which I still feel from time to time, I now believe:

  • “I am immensely worthwhile”
  • “People love my books.  Because they are written with an infusion of love for you and an extreme desire to uplift and enhance your life”
  • “I am an amazing and valuable person – just as I believe you to be”

So, today, when I have those bad feelings I described earlier, I simply acknowledge and validate them.  They are temporary; they are not my state of being and do not reflect my new, true beliefs about myself.  They also no longer frighten me because I know they are not my beliefs unless I choose to make them so by repeating and believing them.

Bad Feelings No Longer Form Links In An Unbreakable and Binding Chain

I know that feelings aren’t meant to be stuffed or denied.  They are meant to be felt.  And depersonalized.  And doing that takes away their power; they are no longer links in an unbreakable chain.  My feelings are simply my feelings – I am in charge of what my beliefs are. And I take charge of my beliefs via the best-feeling, believable stories I tell myself each day. (Click those links to Tweet them)

So yesterday, although they weren’t wonderful, I simply felt those feelings and acknowledged them.  And I also felt a warm glow of confidence that my beliefs are still, and always, my choiceI choose to have beliefs today which align me with my desires. How to Control the Weather

Sunny Day  You are an immensely powerful creator.  But can you control the weather?

Sort of.  And, also, “yes”.

Are You a Weather Wizard?

Sort of?  I don’t believe you can reliably and repeatedly make it rain or make the sun shine on command.  Yes, you do create your material world through your observations (and, more importantly, your expectations),.  But I don’t believe you have such an immediate authority over the weather outside.

Yes?  I do believe that you can, however, assign any meaning you choose to the weather you encounter today.  How does that count as a “Yes, you can control the weather”?  Keep reading.

What Will the Sunshine Really Do For You?  An Important Question for Deliberate Creators

Think for a moment about why you would want the sun to shine on a cloudy day.  Because of what it would allow you do, right?  Enjoy the outdoors, play outside, brighten your mood, garden, golf, etc.

But dig deeper about why you would want the sun to shine on a cloudy day.  Isn’t the deepest reason because of how it would make you feel?  And how the activities the sunshine would allow would make you feel?  Happy, uplifted, joyous, free, open, spontaneous, etc.?

Me. too.

So…what if you decided to feel those feelings the sunshine would give you – right now?  Regardless of the clouds, the gloom, the rain, or the grey overcast?

How You’re Actually More Powerful Than the Weather You See Outside Your Window

Wouldn’t feeling those “sunshine feelings”, regardless of the clouds, make you more powerful than the actual weather?  Wouldn’t that remove the power the current weather holds over your state of being?  Wouldn’t that decision, in actual practice, make you the master of the weather – wresting back control over your state of being?

So, in this way, isn’t it true to say that you are, in fact, capable of creating your own, personal “weather”?  So, yes, you can control the weather!

How to Gain Freedom By Listening to Your Cut Finger

  You know that your beliefs create your expectations, which tell the quantum field what to form in your material reality.

Denial Isn’t a River in Egypt

But being in denial about your feelings and beliefs, pretending they’re something other than what they really are, can actually get you in a lot of trouble with the architecture paradigm.  Don’t ever pretend you feel better than you do or believe something more positive than you do; positive affirmations and statements, positive intentions, and desires for positive outcomes do not always equate with your true beliefs.

Since the quantum field is responding to your true beliefs (and not your surface-level desires) when it manifests your physical reality, you can often fool yourself into thinking you have positive beliefs about something when you really don’t.  So it is very important to acknowledge your feelings and beliefs, just where they are currently, as you also learn not to personalize them.

Practice Makes Perfect

Your beliefs, after all, are only your most practiced, habitual thoughts.  Certainly your beliefs feel 100% true to you; after all, your beliefs were not only bestowed to you by people and groups you trusted and/or allowed to influence you, but also you are intimately familiar with them since you have held them and invested yourself in them for such a long time.

And like your beliefs, your feelings, while very real to you, are not “facts”.  Your feelings are merely your physical responses to one simple criterion: how closely (or how far apart) your current beliefs are matched up with your dreams and desires.  Your feelings, like your beliefs, are true for you (and you alone) and, because of that, shouldn’t be discounted nor denied.  Yet it’s also very important to recognize that your feelings are simply emotional feedback for how closely your beliefs are currently aligning with your aspirations for yourself in this moment.

You are Not Your Cut Finger

As you practice objectifying your beliefs and feelings, by seeing them this way rather than personifying them as you have most likely spent your life doing, you will gain freedom from the power they currently have over your state of being.  And you will gain the freedom to examine them without so much emotional investment.  When you cut your finger, after all, you don’t say, “I am now a sliced, physically imperfect human being”, do you?  You simply say, “I currently have a cut on my finger (but my current state of having a cut is not who I am).”

Similarly, when you have a feeling, like sadness, you are not required to say, “I am sad”.  You can, instead, now say, “I am experiencing sadness in this moment (but sadness is not who I am).”  That second statement still acknowledges your feeling – you’re not in denial nor are you pretending you don’t feel sad.  However, the second statement makes it very clear that you are not your feelings; you are merely experiencing a feeling.  And that distinction, as you’ve learned, makes a world of difference.

Did You Know You Were Born With a Built-In Thermometer?

  I have explained, of course, in this blog that your beliefs create your expectations, and that your expectations create your physical experiences. Your beliefs are powerful and necessary things for the human experience; they are the internal “drivers” of your expectations that you will now learn to change and, when changed, will, literally, create a new universe for you to see. And your feelings are also powerful and necessary things for the human experience as well – they are actually tools that you can learn to use with great effectiveness.

Your feelings, once de-personalized, are amazing tools for you because they serve as the “thermometers” of your beliefs.  Thermometers are pretty handy tools for knowing whether your body has a fever or not, aren’t they? Your feelings are your built-in thermometers which tell you if your beliefs are currently serving your attainment of your dreams and desires, because they tell you if your beliefs are in congruence with your desires. What a great untapped asset!

In other words, your feelings tell you whether your current belief(s) match up with your desired outcomes. If you feel good about something that is your best sign that your current belief about that is a positive one and is aligned with your desired outcomes. And the opposite is also true. When you feel bad about something you can be pretty sure you hold a current belief about that is negative and/or not aligned with your desired outcomes. As you’ve learned, quantum physics teaches you that your beliefs create your expectations and your expectations create your reality. So paying attention to your feelings, yet taking away their power over your state of being by looking at them objectively, has amazing power! Your feelings are letting you know what your current beliefs are and, thus, give you an opportunity to change those beliefs when you find they are not serving your realization of your goals.

Why Your Scale Can Be a Worse Enemy to Your Body Than a Super-Sized Trip to McDonald’s

  Throw away your scale?  Why would anyone who wants to lose unwanted weight do such a thing?  Sounds crazy, right?

Maybe not.

My Enemy – My Scale

When I began my journey to lose my unwanted weight, using quantum physics, in 1996 my scale was my enemy.  Perhaps you can relate.  I hated my scale – because every time I got on it, it told me something that didn’t feel good!

In fact, my whole “fat” life, my scale almost always told me what I didn’t want to see.  Even when I was dieting.  Even when I was working out.  Oh sure, there were times where I lost some weight and I was happy.  But, always, given enough time, that scale would once again show me numbers that confirmed that I weighed more than I wanted!

I know what you’re thinking: “Greg, that scale didn’t make you overweight.  That’s not even logical.  The scale was only reflecting the reality that you were overweight; the scale was only the tool that told you how things really were.”

Why Your Scale May Not Be the Friend and Ally You Think It Is

And I’ll counter with these answers.

First of all, we now know know that our universe is not logical in how it functions.  So, when it comes to losing unwanted weight, quantum physics says you can all but throw logic out the window.  After all, what has counting on logic gotten you thus far (except more unwanted weight)!

Second, we now know that there is no such thing as objective reality.  Reality is subjective; quantum physics teaches us that each observer sees her own universe.  Reality does not await our discovery in a pre-determined state.  We create our reality by putting our observations (and, more importantly, our expectations) on the quantum field of sub-atomic particles.

Third, we now know that our outer world, what we see, is nothing more than a reflection of our inner world, how we feel.  Quantum physics teaches us that how we feel always trumps what we do; even the “best” weight-loss actions will not counter how we feel about those actions (and ourselves).

Everything you just read, by the way, is pure, scientific fact.  Not pie-in-the-sky, gee-wouldn’t-it-be-nice-if-it-were-true philosophy.

So, given those scientific facts, think about what a scale might really represent for you.  If you feel overweight, if you believe you’re overweight, if you know you’re overweight, if “overweight” is your state of being, I can guarantee you that all a scale will ever do is confirm those things for you.

Your Scale, Literally, Reflects What You Expect It to Reflect

And, of course, once a scale confirms those things for you, your habitual thoughts and beliefs of “I am overweight” are only solidified.  Which has the unfortunate side effect of making those habitual patterns of thought and belief all the more real for you.  They become an even greater part of your individual universe – your individual reality.

What’s the antidote?  Throw your scale away if you have similar feelings about it to what I did.  Banish your scale as part of your weight-loss routine.  Instead, rely on how you feel and change the stories you’re telling yourself about your eating, your exercise, and your body.  By telling the best possible, believable stories you can.

Set yourself free.  Give yourself a chance to believe and see a new reality.  Feel and see the difference it makes for your weight loss.
